I think in general your reply is appropriate. One thing you might suggest is changing or updating the printer driver for the local printer on the workstations having the problem. Another suggestion would be to have this person log into one of the workstations that's never had the problem.

Please do proofread your response before you send it, though. There are a number of typos in it.
