In 1992 when I lived in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.. I almost was arrested by a cop.. Just because I touched on him and say 'I begin your pardon I did not listened you (him) right..'
Is he wrong ? IMO, he just exceeded a little his behavior.. But, he is the authority over that place.. And, I am not able to judge him.. What kind of danger situation was that moment ? I don't know..
