I know that many here find it a bother to receive requests for assistance by e-mail, when it would be much more appropriate to use the UT, or a similar forum.
I just replied to two of those, suggesting - in each case - to use the UT. In both cases, I swiftly got the reply, "mailbox full" (Hotmail, in both cases) - which annoyed me much more than the fact that they asked for help via e-mail.
It is also interesting to note that one of them asked for my assistance to bypass a protection scheme for a demo version of some product.
