This is not a new thread, but not yet solved, see anyone can help?

My VFP6 (with SP4) applcatopn is running smooth and efficiency under Windows 98/ME
and Novell Netware Server 4.11 or 5.1 network environment. But I found there is slow
response problem when using Windows 2000 or XP as clients. They are the same program
and network environment with P4-2.0GHz CPU, 256MB RAM. When I get into the Text fields
or click some command buttons, it usually occurs delay response times for about 5 to 8
seconds for me to focus on the objects, but not always. So strange a problem.
I'm using Netware Client 4.83 for NT/2K/XP. I'm not sure whether this problem would be
happened on Windows NT/2K Server or not because I haven't tried yet.
I think there is a compitability problem between Win2K/XP and Netware.
Is there any update patch should be applied to VFP, Win2K/XP or Netware?
I don't want to migrate to Win2K Server since the license is expensive.
The problem make me annoyed. Anyone could help would be appreciate!
