No, I'am encountering an error. It just display the same string without trimming it.

The command is as follows

? alltrim(Str(lnstranid))

Lntransid contains a value of 12.00 and width of n(12,2)

Instead if I use the following command

? Str(lnstansid,2)

my problem is solved.

But, in my project I have been using Alltrim at 100's of places.  The
ambiguity is creating doubts.
