It won't show up immediately, but it is added to the grid. Next, in the Properties Window select the column and change the CurrentControl property to the new object. To delete the previous control, select it in the Properties Window click on the title bar of the Class Designer and hit the DELETE key.

No, in fact I want to be able to move a grid in a form with the mouse.
I already do it with nearly all controls, but it doesn't work with a grid.
