Maybe it's too late, but better late than never.
In the late 90's I was also working with Dialogic products and CT Connect.
We used vbvoice to do the IVR.
But unfortunatly for me it doesn't work with Vfp and is rather expensive but it does the job.
I did some experiences with Exceletel but I dont think it's the right solution.
