You can use address references relative to the Cell with Total, like below to sum up all cells from "A" to "L" on rows from 2 to 10, and display the total in the K1 cell:
ObjExcel.Range("K1").FormulaR1C1 = ;
"=SUM(R[10]C[-10]:R[1]C[-1])"
