ouch, one cannot waste his life learning his or her rights, and being able to pay for a good lawyer is a luxury granted for few people, my man. :) And it ends up that it'll also depend on how much money one can pay to lawyers and judges in order to get away with things.

Ok, we stop talking right here. I enjoy games in my x-box. I can't agree with the idea of playing a game where I have to defend myself of a charge because I touched a cop in order to ask for directions or something like that. That's insane. :)
