I really resent that remark and believe it to be unfair. While it may appear that everyone is working to make more money and prepare for the future and is striving hard everyday to gain more materialistic goods, that does not mean that those things are the most important things in life to them. Far from it. I could make many generalizations about the people in the different countries I've lived in over the years as well and they would be inaccurate. Personally, NOTHING IN THIS LIFE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN FAMILY AND GOD to all of my family, my friends, and many acquaintences.
