By the way, he died in 1984, so if that's where "current" is for you then maybe your ideal was closer to reality back then.

Nick perfectly described the LOOP. It's been going on for long enough now that most don't even notice/know. Especially when the spinmeisters continue to spin the spinmeisters themselves.
