I presume you mean a form to appear within you application that is larger than the desktop. If I understand correctly you can set your form under TOOLS/OPTIONS/FORMS to a Maximum Design Area of up to 1600 x 1200. Just keep dragging the form larger and larger until you've reached the size you want. Be sure to set ScrollBars to 3-Both if you want to navigate the whole form. Hope this helps.
