We have found the reason for this behavior. His default printer had font substitution turned on and was substituting Helvitica for Arial. I will be most glad to leave this type of behavior behind when I move to VFP 9.
A problem is a problem only as long as it has a possible solution. Lacking that, it becomes a FACT!
