Bonnie, send the JPG pictures 44x53 and 90x117 (including one-pixel black border) to picture@levelextreme.com
Or just 42x51 and 88x115 with no border. I could just resize the 90x117 picture to 44x53, but that does not always have the good results on your image. :)
