Ok, I will check it out. But, it works before this.

I used to SELECT all records into cursor, ZAP the table and
APPEND FROM cursor again. But it still cause error after couple transaction.

Try to check your user priviledge, he/she may have disk quota limit or he/she dont have full access to your server data directory. If your data is in a shared folder, check to if he/she have full access or Read/write/change(modify)/delete.
