Hi! Guys,

I have installed Visual Studio.NET 2002 with framework 1.0. Now, I would like to upgrade my framework to 2003 (i.e. from Framework 1.0 to 1.1).

How to upgrade? Downloading and installing is that all or any changest are to be made to let the older applications to work properly on newer framework.

Also, I have received the VB.NET resource kit which contains framework 1.1. But, when I installed the framework 1.1, I was not able to access the help documentation of Visual Studio and SDK documentation of older framework(1.0) at all. Ultimately, I have to uninstall the framework 1.1 and reinstall the older version.

Is it necessary to download and install documentation of newer framework when installing new version of framework?

I am using my PC as a development environment. Installing newer framework will effect my applications?

This are the main reasons I am asking this question.
