That's true, but the problem is then, that when the application crashes (I'm sorry to say, but it does happen), the record seems to be 'still online'. And we want to resolve that issue too.

And even more, we first connected this concept to a PC name (getenv("computername"), but then with terminal server, it all went beserkm: a user could disconnect and reconnect on another station...
