I recently 'inherited' a desktop that has Windows ME. It's one of those HP Pavillions that's pretty proprietary, and I think I might run into trouble trying to install another OS on it.

I'd like to use this machine just as a run-time test machine for Winform apps. Can I install the .NET framework and run .NET apps on a machine running Win ME?
