Jason,
How do you get the BindingSourceMember?
TIA
Rex
>Rex,
>We ended up creating a custom method for the control to handle binding. It accepts 2 parameters: the name of the BizObj, and since we're using dataviews, the name of that dataview. That method uses those parameters to set all the controls' binding properties and then calls the page's RegisterBoundCountrol() so they will respond properly to the BizObj's events.

>>Sorry it took so long to get back to this thread. I want to create a base user control class onto which I can drop MM Web Controls and use the MM Data binding to populate the web control properties. Is there a way to register a business object with the user control, or at least pass the registration call to the page?

Since the user control is not on a form, I thought I needed to subclass the .Net user control and add the properties, methods and interfaces that would register the business objects with the user control like I do with the pages.
