I appologize for the delay and any inconvenience - we have explored an error in our "system". Thanks for notifying us about the problem, Gaylen! We have to download the registration database (it is not an on-line setup) and have not been doing it often enough.
We have changed the internal rules and I beleive it wont happen again.
