I would take a look at http://www.activevfp.com/AVFPdemo2r/docs.htm, but, also take a look at http://www.activevfp.com/AVFPdemo2, become familiar with the examples, download AVFP if you haven't already, and then take a look at the Main.prg. avfpdemo2 is just a sample application developed with AVFP, so, your web application will look something like this (at least initially). The WebAppBuilder wizard will generate a base application for you that you can easily modify to accomplish whatever you need.
