Here's the deal:

It works if I use set step on, or I don't toggle the break point by double clicking on the border and type the name of the method, followed by a comma and the line of code I want to break on.

If anyone can tell me why toggle break point doesn't work, I will be very much indebted to you, because I used to love using this functionality.
