I have watch Zell rip apart his own party for some time now and I find it refreshing. It does not matter if your a Dem or Rep, stand up when you think something is wrong. You need to read his book, where he takes his own party to task for ignoring the south. I think he really cares for the people he has represented all these years, but his party seems to care less what happens in the south and pays more attention to CA and NY.

He said Kerry deserves praise for his war record in Vietnam but declared his Senate voting record on national defense "shameful," saying Kerry voted "against every single major weapons system that won the Cold War."

>"The man now wants to be the commander in chief of U.S. armed forces? U.S. forces armed with what, spitballs?">
>Maybe Zell needs to have his own comedy show?
