That works like a charm and I've instituted it. Only question, how often does it check to see if the time is 9:05 pm( time to run reports)? does it not put a load on the processor when it constantly checks?

>What version of windows are you running? All of the newer versions have that little Tasks folder under the Windows directory. You can add an entry in there that will just run your exe (after removing all your looping code) at 9pm every night.
