>>>>Do these print errors only occur when printing from VFP? Can they use Word or WordPerfect and not receive the errors? Also, what are you trying to print when these errors occur? If a report, then what is the average page count?
>>>
>>>Yes, only from VFP. We are using Visual AccountMate, which is a VFP application printing report forms, not 3rd party software involved, just pure VFP. Average page count could be about 10 pages.

Try
http://www.accountmate.com/tech/patches ... there's a VFP 5.0a patch...doesn't say what it does but it might help. Also, and I quote from a FAQ of theirs in regards to printer errors....
"2.In Premiere or Version 4.0 you could get this error when trying to display a report (for some but not all reports) if your TMPFILES setting is invalid in your CONFIG.FP file. You need to edit the CONFIG.FP file and change the TMPFILES setting to a valid directory, then change the date in DOS to tomorrow's date and
start the AccountMate program. After you start AccountMate once, you can exit to DOS and change the date back to the correct date."
