I will only be printing the report for one record at a time however..the real gotcha is that the cuatomer wants the abitlity to save as a PDF.. No problem under normal circumstances but if I have to break it into 3 seperate reports I will get hosed on the PDF part of the report.



I have been doing a little bit of playing with this since then and have a few ideas...

1. Add dummy fields and backfill them with somevalue then create group band where somedummyfield is > ""

2. (clunky solution for customer) Figure out how to use textmerge and a word doc as a template then create the report as a word doc and have them purchase the adobe software and print the doc to a pdf writer printer.

3. Have one detail band and have print when's _pageno=n on every object on the report.

I am not sure if any of these will work at all just thoughts i had overnight. Any feedback would be welcome
