>As some of you know, Rick Schummer recently decided to pursue business opportunities in a slightly different direction and separately from Geeks and Gurus, Inc., where he has been a valued partner for the last three years.

For the most part, we easily came to an agreement of some company assets that Rick would receive in exchange for his stock - software, hardware, etc. However, there were a few items that we had trouble agreeing on.

>So, on Rick's last day, we decided to play a friendly little poker game to settle the disagreement. After several hours, things were looking pretty good, but then I got dealt two aces in the hole. There was one item that I wanted Rick to put into the pot (an site license for Tomb Raider), so to sucker ^H^H^H^H^H^H induce him into this, I went "all in" by putting View Editor into the pot (I mean, you gotta go for broke with a pair of aces!).
