Rick, You can set the Regular, alternating, and selected colors. This will allow a green bar sort of look. And a visual Queue to what row the user is 'dealing with now'. Right click on your DataGrid and choose property builder. Select the format 'tab' on the left. The rest is up to you.

HTH,

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animated contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsel or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen."
~Samuel Adams
