Does any one else get this error.

I am creating a new project, to get something to work. I haven't even compiled yet and I get the following error in the task pane.

 Code generation for property 'SecurityManager' failed.  Error was: 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.'

Is this an okay message, or is something screwed up, in my MM install?
