If you need a form "outside of" the foxpro window then create a 'top level' form. The code to show() it (and create it if needed) would be in your login when you check the mail. Top level forms have some requirements (they must be modeless) but they are just like other forms otherwise. I have done applications where I hide the VFP _Screen on startup and just use 'top level' forms to give the impression that each form is on the windows desktop rather than inside VFP. It frees up some desktop space and makes your app appear to be a part of windows.
