Denis gave you the correct answer, but I think it is easier to create a database, and tables, if you use a project.

CREATE PROJECT MyProject

Then, you can create the database, and tables, interactively - without using commands.

Next time you open Visual FoxPro, type:

MODIFY PROJECT MyProject

to open the project again. Or, select the project from the "File" menu (the last projects you opened will appear at the bottom).
