I'm not sure what you mean when you say "...avail any setup distrib disk". AFAIK, there are executable files there that will install the VFP7 or VFP8 runtimes. They are not part of a setup per say. You simply download them and run them on a PC that needs the VFP runtime. I suppose you can somehow call them from an "official setup" utility too.
