I suppose that they would harmonize their visa requirements with the rest of the EU now.

I was in Prague on May 1 when they joined. There were scattered celebrations and observances around the city, rather low-key. I have been told that Czechs are not real demonstrative and wouldn't throw a big bash for such an occasion.

I should also note that Prague is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen. It is also very accomodating to English speakers, on account of the huge crowds of tourists like me, and their realization that no one will learn Czech.
