Ideally the Tags should be dropped and recreated from scratch. This is a problem if the Tables are referenced by a DBC and have persistent relationships / Primary Keys / Candidate Keys or if you have systems that really do run 24 by 7.

I would be glad to test your concept and welcome it as we are going to roll out a major application the first part of July. Our plant is 5.3 million square feet, where we build Toyota and General Motor vehicles. This could save us a great deal of PAIN - you know where! :)
