This is a very different situation from what I thought you were talking about. I would go with Menachem's suggestion of using a template that you use from within VFP to generate the HTML. Then you can just FTP the HTML with the changes to their web site. The host wouldn't be hosting a VFP app, so pretty much any host will do.

For the e-mail side, you can do that from your VFP app which runs anywhere--just as long as it has internet access.
