you can create a form instance of the forms collection in VB and u can Use a timer to unload the form once a period of time has pass. DLL's are the butter and Bread of 3Tier Applications, I recom to think about using Form Instances in DLLs but dont know whether they can be nonModal or Modal, gotta check that out.
