Hi Tim,
Is it also slow if you run the query in VFP? How big is table? How many records the query returns? It would be helpful, if you post your query and what indexes table has.

One problem I am having is that when I run a fairly simple SQL "SELECT" command on a large table on a server, it takes over a minute to get the results back. This table has an index on it and according to MSDN, the index will be used to decrease the processing time. Well, this is still way to long and is unacceptable to the users. Does anyone have any ideas to speed this up?
