Well, if I have time... But Kevin did a great job at this one already. This book is -IMHO- less sophisticated than Kevin's, but probably easier for plain vanilla developers.

Anyway, I have to confess that it costed me a lot to write VB.NET code, and after I finished the book, I confirmed to myself that I don't like it at all. I don't have any problem reading code samples in VB.NET, but writing it seems unnatural to me. Things like "MustInherite"... ugh...
