why am i getting error: OLE error code 0x80040112: Appropriate license for this class not found

i'm using foxtray and marchoso control. i don't get this error in my computer it where i programmed the application.

i tried manually registering foxtray and marchoso using regsvr32 in my user's computer, but still.
