When the internals manual is finally published, we may find that yes indeed things like CTRL+C and CTRL+A sometimes work and sometimes don't -- reponses so far are stochastic observations, but I have found them to be valid, in that VFP seems to have 'special' favorites that get in the way of localized keyboard trapping. The entire menu process is due for re-write IMHO.
