I used to have all sorts of problem maaany years ago, but for the last 5-10 years, I haven't had a single index problem! Most problems, in my experience, are caused by hardware problems in some way or another. Also the experience we hear from our users is that VFP is extremely stable.

Reason for asking is I've inherited an Access program which I made the suggestion that VFP would be better to use (i.e. multiuser, speed, etc. - list is too long :) ) however I'd like to know if there are any "major" issues with corruption and if I would be better off utilizing a 3 party product to deal with things.
