Does anyone know if Visual Source Safe 5 can have projects residing on a Novel server. I don't know if the Server portion must always be running on an NT server or if it is only used for maintenance. I tried an install but my work station was the only one that could properly log into the project. Any advice would be appreciated. [ ...and GMRider added: ] For my .02 worth... Can't imagine why it should not work - given that all appropriate users have the correct access rights. Check with your system administrator about that - it should include (M) modify - a lot of time novice admin types try to restrict that one and it will byte you in the a##! hth
