Hi Denis,

You might want to rent a projector and create a powerpoint presentation of your product. Then, depending on how things evolve, show them the actual app.

Wayne has excellent points regarding this type of customer being more trouble than you think. To you it will be very clear-cut where free support ends. To them free support ends when THEY don't need it anymore.

I suggest you package the solution as something for which they have to pay a monthly/yearly/whatever fee and they get all the help they need.
