I use Persistent relationships and they work fine except when doing transaction processing. I ran into a problem when needing to do a rollback from a failed tableupdate(). Not all of the tables were rolling back properly, so the fix to this problem was to remove the relationships first and then do rollback and after rollback completed re-establish relationship.
