Hi Alejandro,
John Koziol has pointed you to the right places for additional
information about Microsoft's commitment.
Additionally, it is a definite fact that Visual FoxPro is seen as an
ESSENTIAL component of Microsoft's Visual Studio - I see that the message
in North America is sometimes mixed, however here in the UK it is
unmistakeably a strong message.
Finally, even more interestingly, the FoxPro community in Europe in
general has grown very significantly over the last year, something which may come
as a surprise to you. And the reason is a simple on : the very inclusion
of Visual FoxPro in the Visual Studio suite. Basically, a lot of
people have bought the Studio suite, looked at C, looked at VB, looked at ....,
and then looked at FoxPro and thought : hey, everything I want to do is
in here, let's try this thing ...... The rest is history.
Michel.
