I have been writing apps with evb and msAccess for sometime and would like to begin using sql server for ce. What do I need to get started?

Specifically
What products do I need?

Can I continue to use evb? Is there a gui with sql server ce for developing databases or do I have to create them all programatically?

What products do I need to run on the desktop?
