Building a thermometer to indicate progress inside a
DO WHILE ... enddo loop is easy, but is it possible to
incorporate a progress bar while during execution of
index... on command? WHen set talk on, there is a progess
indicator "xxx records indexed...". Is there a graphical
equivalent of that?
