In the report I have used the title, page header, detail, and page footer bands. The title band contains fields and a label, all of which prints properly at the top of the page. All objects in the other bands (except page header) print as expected. The page header band contains (for testing) a field, a label, and a line, none of which prints. The page header is just over .5 inches tall. A blank space appears on the page where the printed items should be - but nothing prints in the space. I put some code in the "before ..." event just to verify that the page header process fires, which it does. I even copy/pasted a properly printing field from the title band to the page header band to see if it would print, and it did not. Having grown weary of this report, I am going to trash it and start anew.
