Sorry for not getting back to you. I've been out of town for about a week.
Yes, it sounds like it is a bandwidth issue. As I recall, you were going over a 56K line. Is Citrix the only thing going over that line? If so, how many users? I haven't experienced that kind of problem over a 56K line before (as long as it was a dedicated line to Citrix) although we haven't had more than 10 people on a given line at one time.
I'm not certain about the patch. I could only find it for 1.6, and was under the impression that 1.7 had all of the 1.6 patches. If you find out differently, let me know.
