I just encountered something pretty disturbing and wanted to confirm the behavior:

When I choose to build an executable from the project and specify to recompile all files, none of the PRGs in the project get recompiled into new FXP files.

Is this expected behavior? If so, why? Wouldn't that mean that any changes made to a PRG file might not successfully make it into the executable, or am I misunderstanding how the build works?
